Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, sign in to your customer account and submit a return request:
You'll receive a one-time verification code via email — no password required. Once logged in, select the order and items you'd like to return.
Review Process
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you via email once approved or declined.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may be required before the refund appears in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
· Opened or used intimate products
· Final sale or discounted items
· Customized or personalized products
· Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue for review.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
