1Overview

The BADISM Locktober 31-Day Challenge ("the Challenge") is organized by BADISM. Participants submit qualifying BEHAVE wear records through their exclusive BADISM upload link for 31 consecutive calendar days and receive rewards based on valid check-in days.

There are two participation channels:

• Channel A: new buyers of the Challenge Kit;
• Channel B: existing customers who purchased and own BEHAVE before the Challenge began.

Both channels follow the same upload and check-in requirements, but the Day-31 final reward differs. Only qualifying Channel A new buyers are eligible for $99 USD refund candidacy. By participating, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Rules, the BADISM Challenge Privacy Policy, and applicable product safety requirements.

2Timeline

2.1 Challenge Kit Sales Period

The $99 BADISM Locktober Challenge Kit goes on sale September 15, 00:00 EST. The Kit is limited to 100 sets. Sales end when either occurs first:

• all 100 kits sell out; or
• the window closes at October 31, 23:59:59 EST if kits remain.

After October 31, 23:59:59 EST, BADISM no longer accepts orders for the Kit.

2.2 Upload Period

Uploads open October 8, 00:00 EST. September 15 through October 7 is the period for order processing, shipping, transit, customs clearance, delivery, and preparation — it does not count toward challenge days.

2.3 Individual Challenge Cycle

Each participant's cycle begins on their first valid upload: first valid upload day = D1, followed by consecutive calendar days D2 through D31. Each participant's end date is calculated individually and may fall after October 31.

3Channels & Eligibility

Channel A — New Kit Buyers

For users who complete payment and receive delivery of the Kit during the sales period. Channel A buyers must meet all of the following:

• complete payment within the sales period;
• order not cancelled, refunded, or charged back;
• complete Kit delivery;
• no valid BEHAVE purchase record before September 15.

Channel B — Existing BEHAVE Owners

"Existing owner" means a user who purchased and owned BEHAVE before September 15. Users who bought only other BADISM products — without a prior BEHAVE purchase — do not qualify. Existing-owner status is based on a valid BEHAVE order completed before that date; cancelled, refunded, charged-back, or disputed orders do not count. BADISM verifies eligibility manually through Shopify admin (historical order numbers and purchase emails). Existing owners may join Channel B without buying the Kit but are not eligible for $99 USD refund candidacy.

4Exclusive Upload Link & First Upload

For Channel A users who complete delivery before October 8, BADISM sends their exclusive Google Drive upload link on October 8. For those who complete delivery after October 8, BADISM sends the link within 24 hours of confirming the delivery record. Qualifying existing owners receive a notice before the upload period opens, and their link after it opens.

Each link is bound to the corresponding user ID, for personal use only — it may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used for uploads by others. Participants must complete their first valid upload within 7 calendar days of receiving the link; failure means BADISM treats the user as having forfeited participation. After the first valid upload, the participant officially enters their individual 31-day cycle.

5Daily Check-In Rules

• upload at least 1 photo or video per calendar day;
• multiple uploads per day are allowed; photos and videos may be mixed;
• content must confirm the participant is wearing BEHAVE; face may be hidden;
• files named by challenge day, D1 through D31; multiple uploads on one day named D1-01, D1-02, etc.;
• do not upload content for future days in advance; do not reuse content across days;
• must complete 31 consecutive calendar days of valid check-ins.

If a participant fails to upload, uploads late, or content does not pass review, that day does not count and the streak is broken. After a break, the original cycle cannot be restored through make-up uploads, continuation, restarting, or merging records.

6Stage Rewards

• 7 consecutive days: 10% discount code;
• 14 consecutive days: 15% discount code;
• 21 consecutive days: 25% discount code.

After reaching a stage and passing review, BADISM sends the reward to the participant's email within 24 hours. Participants receive each stage's reward individually, up to four tiers total.

If a participant breaks their streak: 1–6 days → no reward; 7–13 days → Day-7 tier; 14–20 days → Day-7 and Day-14 tiers; 21–30 days → Day-7, Day-14, and Day-21 tiers; 31 days → all four tiers plus the Day-31 final reward.

7Day-31 Final Reward

Channel A — New Buyers

After completing 31 consecutive days and passing final review, Channel A new buyers additionally receive a 30% discount code and $99 USD refund candidacy. Completing 31 days only enters the refund review pool; it does not guarantee a refund.

Channel B — Existing Owners

After completing 31 consecutive days and passing final review, Channel B existing owners receive a $39 USD BADISM voucher. The voucher applies to all BADISM products, has no minimum spend, never expires, does not cover shipping or customs duties, cannot be combined with other codes, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8Refund Candidacy Mechanism

Only users who qualify as Channel A new buyers and complete 31 consecutive calendar days of valid check-ins and pass final manual review may enter the $99 USD refund candidacy pool. BADISM does not announce a specific number of refunds or fixed slots in advance.

BADISM determines final recipients based on: valid check-in records; completeness and validity of content; compliance with the Rules; order of completing 31 days; final review results; and the actual budget and overall operation of the Challenge.

The refund amount is fixed at $99 USD, excluding shipping, taxes, customs duties, payment fees, and other add-ons. Refunds are not returned to the original payment method. The user must reply within 60 calendar days of the first notice and provide valid payment details; BADISM arranges payment within 3–7 business days after confirmation. Exchange-rate differences are borne by BADISM; fees charged to the recipient by banks, PayPal, or other providers are borne by the user. After a refund, the user keeps the Kit and may continue using any rewards already earned.

9Social Media Bonus

A separate reward — it does not require completing the 31-day Challenge and does not affect main rewards or refund candidacy. Participants must choose one platform among X, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook; publish a public post related to the Challenge; tag the official BADISM account (@BadismOfficial) and include the designated hashtag in the same post; keep it public until review; and accumulate at least 200 valid likes, comments, and shares combined after the Challenge officially begins.

Engagement must come from the same platform and the same single public post. Purchased, bot, duplicate, abnormal, or inauthentic engagement does not count. Participants submit the post link to the official account or care@badism.net; eligibility is subject to BADISM's review. After passing review, participants may choose any chastity cage available in the store during the Challenge as the reward — product, shipping, taxes, and duties covered by BADISM.

10Privacy, Content Authorization & Safety

Participants must read and agree to the BADISM Challenge Privacy Policy before participating. Face may be hidden; content only needs to confirm the participant is wearing BEHAVE.

Prohibited uploads: nudity or overly explicit content; body parts unrelated to wear verification; content involving minors; content involving other people; unauthorized third-party content; ID documents, addresses, contact information, or other unnecessary personal information.

By submitting materials, participants authorize BADISM to use content for review, reward processing, refund review, dispute handling, fraud verification, and official social media promotion. BADISM may crop, edit, add captions, hashtags, and brand marks, and adjust formatting on content it publishes, and will notify participants by email before publishing.

11Review, Disqualification & Adjustments

BADISM may review participant identity, orders, eligibility, upload content, file naming, upload timing, consecutive check-in records, social content, engagement data, rewards, and refund eligibility. Using others', old, duplicate, or forged content; tampering with files or timestamps; participating multiple times; sharing exclusive links; buying engagement; uploading minors' or unauthorized content; or using technical means to circumvent requirements may be deemed violation, cheating, or fraud.

For serious violations, BADISM may cancel the user's entire eligibility, unreleased rewards, refund candidacy, and unused coupons or codes. BADISM may adjust, suspend, or terminate the Challenge due to laws, platform policies, payment restrictions, logistics or customs issues, product supply, system failures, fraud risk, or force majeure. Major adjustments will not retroactively harm the rights of users who already purchased the Kit or began participating. All eligibility, content validity, reward issuance, and refund eligibility are subject to BADISM's final review.
